“Kate and Faye have looked after my 4year old border terrier, Mack, since he was a puppy. They take him for walks ad hoc when I can’t do it and he boards at Kate’s. Mack is always so delighted to see them and is treated as part of Kate’s family when he stays there. I have no concerns at all when I’m away about how he is, I always know he’s really happy and content. Kate always sends me lots of photos and videos of him which is such a considerate thing to do and I love seeing what he’s up to. I wouldn’t use anyone else.”
